Thank to my higher power I am clean today from PMO
Today is 9th day I am away but in a day I was taking bath then very high urge come to touch my "P" while bathing
I knew if I start it where it goes and I did not pay much attention to this thought finally I sit-down on my knees and pray to God please help me I don't want to do please take that urge
And I start taking bath very fast with in minute I was outside from my bathroom
Now I think to my higher power he save me
Yes bro it work when u work on it ( my higher power )

4th day is about to over.
Sorry for 3rd day I forgot about the update.
Its almost 4days with no PMO and That's amazing.
