31 and starting my life again

of course you aren´t too old . lot´s of users here are on their 30´s (me too). we are never old to fight for what we deserve

Sounds like your addict brain definitely thinks your too old! Watch out for that as the addict brain is very tricky indeed and very believable.

You are never too old to help yourself. PMO is just bad.

 

I'm 36 and i see where you are coming from. All my friends are married/having kids while the longest relationship i have had was barely a year and a half (Outside of that your talking months or shorter) Porn always just seemed easier and nothing could ever live up to that fantasy world. I'd say the worst thing you can do is compare yourself to others, We are all individuals with our own stories after all.

It really is never to late to better yourself and build towards your dreams (And trust me at 31 you have plenty of time) it sounds like you have made amazing strides already and you even said it yourself you feel like your in a good place, keep that positive mindset and there is no telling where it will take you

I am 31, unmarried, no kids. And I am happy with this setup.

There is no person alive who can not make a new beginning.

 

Don't ask about my ways because I can't find any way out. Apr form PMO I have indulge myself into a buffet of other serious problems like anxiety, depression, mind fickleness, fear of trying something new, etc. Hope you understand my position.
