Today I am staying sober, clean and will not use porn or masturbate because I am perfectly fine without them.

Today i wont pmo because of this.. I got a labrador pup and she's so so SOOOO cute. I took her to puppy training today and i was really looking out for her. Someone told me "it's like it's you child." I consider my pup as my child, so that was true.
And for the first time of my life i started thinking about how it is to have my own children. How would i raise them.. So if i ever want to become a dad, i need to do my freaking best to be a good dad. And, for me, a good dad is not jerking of to pictures of suppressed women/man who are doing nasty things on the internet. Don't get me wrong, it's still not out of my system and i would love to say "i hate porn." But i dont. It turns me on. But, that's the primal reaction. When i think about it, it's freaking crazy that porn exists. But that's another discussion. I wont pmo because i want to become a good father who can raise his children with fine standards and values.

 

Today I will not use porn because I just relapsed last night and if I relapse again I am back to my old P craving self in a dark, deep well. I do NOT want to go back to that. NOT NOW. NOT EVER!!!
