If it's any help to the NoFappers who are hoping to increase their length, recent measurements of my own junk suggest that it has grown 1/2" in the past 6 months, no jelquing required, from not engaging in M.

How is that possible? I have no clue really. When I went from 4 3/4" to 5", I figured that it was from weightlifting and getting leaner. But in the past two months, after an injury, I have lost muscle and gained body fat, yet my length has increased to 5 1/4"

The recent posts on jelquing makes me wonder if it had something to do with my method of M, as I tended to stroke down more, effectively pulling the shaft towards my pelvis, rather than (like jelquing) pulling the head of the penis away from my body.

This thread is weird. But let me tell you guys that excessive PMO causes penis shrinkage. So you are just getting to your random state by Nofap. And it really does not matter what size it is. Just make sure it does the damn purpose.
