Starting the NoFap Journey after 12 years of daily masturbation

    I am 26 years old and I have been fapping daily for the last 12 years. There is no side-effect that I haven'y experienced. I have nutted on porn, female colleagues, friends, even my house-maid. I am in a partial sense of depression. I have been trying to quit for the last 5 years. After 12 years, half bald head, one failed relationship, erectile dysfunction and failed jobs, here I am. My one last try to shed off the habit.
    As I write this and doze off I try to tread on the journey of semen retention. Target: 7 days. I will post everything here. I hope this changes my life.

    Good Luck with it. I reached my turning point once more today after 2 years last time and 20 years all in all of fapping. We wasted enough time in our life so far, so good luck and strong willpower

    Sorry, i‘m not the best advisor, because i never managed to keep away from it long. Easiest always was when i came to a new relationship with a girl, everything was new, exciting and not messed up yet, but sooner or later i always reached the point when I was to weak to resist... but we shouldn‘t give up, every day without it is some small victory already...

    i have wasted the exact same time fapping and watching porn can you please give me an update because im on my #30 and i dont feel good im actually depressed and a bit anxious but still better than the lack of energy and foggy brain i had a month ago
