    Hello everyone, I'm new member here. I'm 35 and father of a girl. I'm addicted to porn and masturbation and can't figure out how to escape from it. Last time I was able to have a restraint for 58 days, which ended today, unfortunately. My max restraint ever was about 6 months. However, I want to make it more permanent so that I've total control over myself. I just found nofap and will try to accept and meet challenges here.

    Do you have a girlfriend? That would make things alot easier.

    I feel that the way to succeed is to really make clear to yourself the benefits and good reasons to quit this. And the damaging effects of PMO. It has to be worth giving up that pleasure. You can find those things on the forums.
