I'm at day 55 today my friend you said your going to 150 how come? I went from 90 to 120 but I'm trying to see what's the benefit of going all the way to a hundred fifty? Just curious I get guys asking me here all a few times that you know me and my wife are doing this together and we're married of course we live in the same house, sleep in separate rooms otherwise I'll be trying to grab at it all night.

56,57. The urges are gone completely. I dont have to fight them anymore.

Day 11
Bought another 20# kettlebell today for a pair of 20's. Forgot my no soda/coffee diet, but at least it was a zero-calorie soda. Some urges.

Started to slack con updates but I'm back on at day 10. edged for like 10 minutes, nothing serious but just goes to show how strong the grip of this is.
