Day 0. Again. No point in anger, it only makes things worse. Note to self - should be a no brainer but never allow 'sneak peaks'. Guaranteed recipe for relapse. I feel fine overall today but I'm sure this is the result of a week of abstinence, which allowed my body and spirit to build up some energy reserves, allowing me to not feel completely drained after my last 'adventure'. Still a completely unnecessary relapse. Hope everyone is doing better than me. This year is very hard for NoFap for me, due to many reasons but ultimately I have chosen this state of affairs - one way or another, consciously or not. Much better to pick the conscious choice and retain this precious life energy...

 

I'm here eventually. It's really difficult to sign up here from China. It has taken me several days. But it worth it!
