    This is my first attempt at doing something like this in a formal way. I've been involved in PMO for the last 30 years of my life and I'm ready to be liberated from this. I've been married for 10+ years and have 4 beautiful children. I have decided that I don't want to be enslaved to my bad habits. I've got a lot to learn about how this program works and to get and provide the most support possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated...

    Hey! I hope things are going well! A good place to get started is the rebooting page. This explains the general mission of nofap and what it's all about. Also ive found that people on the forums are really helpful and will answer questions if u have them. You're on the right track!!
