Well I've been away and it hasn't been good. I feel like I'm 2 different people. Normal me the person I want to be and insane weird fappy guy. And weird fappy guy just dragged me through an accelerated nightmare so I'm going to kill him because he's not who I want to be. I have a beautiful wife and children and I owe it to them to be the true me.

So I have some thoughts and in the morning will publish my plan to starve weird fappy guy to death whether it takes 30 days 90 days or 600 days of PM abstinence. Signing off for now.

Here is how I am going to approach rebooting this time around.
    1. Identify the places, times and circumstances in which I PM.
    2. Devise ways of modifying those situations so as to remove the occasion of fapping.
    3. Learn to recognize when I am having an urge and have a plan in place, (immediately do 10 push-ups for example) to go do something else.
    4. Make a list of positive reasons to succeed at reboot.
    5. Make a list of negatives of not rebooting.

If anyone has other helpful suggestions please let me know. I'll probably publish my particulars in relation to this list here.

I think the Dr. Jekle/Mr Hyde analogy is good. So continuing development of a strategy to starve Dr. Fapp to death.

    1. Times- early morning before anyone else gets up. When I get home before anyone else. Anytime I'm home alone. When I'm in a binge I look for opportunity.
Places- home. When in a binge car.
    Source- almost exclusively my phone.

Things to change- use restricted mode of iPhone to limit accessibility. Turn off phone when leaving work. Don't turn it on until at work (do I really need it for anything other than work?) Generally limit wasted time on mindless tech use.
