Nofap helps a lot. Keep those workouts 5-10 minutes in the moorning right after waking up. Also if you want better erections you can use libido boosters. Tribulus is trash. Cheap and good is Muira Puama. But with increased libido its harder to keep nofap streak. Anyway, sometimes it takes years to heal from PMO. So dont give up. Erections is all in the mind. Your mind is most sensitive organ.
