    I have been addicted to Porn for almost 6 years now and now I'm 21 .Ive been trying hard to knock out this feeling just to have a strong mindset for my bussiness but no matter how hard i try i still get choked in it .

    I'm 21, too. For me, I take people's problems as my problems, so instead of relapsing again and again, I can get more experience by reading their posts and (solving their problems) to improve my strategy...
    And my strategy(mindset) is "If I do nofap, I can save this energy to do something meaningful..."

    I am a computer programmer and Developer I spend most of my time researching on the internet and when I feel stressed up ,that when mostly I turn to watch porn, and Immediately I'm done masturbating I regret doing that to my self but if already done a harm to my self .

    Day 1
    So I Started NoFap last night and I'm currently going through Day 1 on no Fab, . I woke up this morning have the urge to watch porn again and I'm currently sticking to my vow not to masturbate ever in my life any more .
