Day 3, did not exercise or meditate today because I could not sleep at all last night. No relapse, though.

 

20/90...got wet dream today and m conscious but unable to control.

 

Wet dream at night, but again I managed to stop ejaculation! I think I had wet dreams 5 times so far.

 

My understanding is no. Even Buddhist monks, who are completely celibate, are permitted to have wet dreams and it's not considered. a breach of their vows. Good luck!
