I am exhausted, but happy about where I am. I'm in the point of the recovery cycle where I first get a clearer focus an more drive and the change is very welcome.

  7. Day 2- Still in a depressive state but I know things will get better. It usually takes at least 3 days for my mood to change for the better.

I would like to share a few things:
    1) Quite a few of us are in a similar situation: We were doing well and had good streaks, but relapsed at some point. After a relapse it
seems to be more difficult to get back on track. I am quite glad that many of us don't give up, despite the difficulty of getting back on
track. You are an insipration to me. I hope none of us is gonna "get lost."

    2) I think it is quite important, to analyse why we relapsed in the first place. If we don't find the trigger, it might drag us down over and over again.

    3) It is time for someone who has relapsed to proove to the community that it is possible to break that viscious cycle, to be an example to those who are struggling. Could you do me a favour? Be that person! And I will do my best to be that person as well.

    4) To all who have been doing well for a long time: I am glad there is some of you! Do yourself a favour and avoid a relapse at any cost. It gives your brain so much more room to rationalize relapses in the future.
