Just had an O after 6 months of hard mode

    Hi fellow Fapstronauts,

    I want to be honest. I had two orgasm tonight, after almost 6 months of complete abstinence. The thing is, I didn't have any wet dreams while being in hard mode. I got scared of tension and pain in my right groin bothering me for the last couple of days and didn't stop. The pain is gone now, thank God for that. I don't have no compulsive needs to PMO after orgasm anymore, that's good to. I was afraid I'd be thrown back into old compulsive behavior and cravings after having orgasm, but luckily that's not the case.

    I'll continue to refrain from porn, masturbation and orgasm, but will have a release every 90 days, if I won't have sex before.

    Well, if the pain is the thing that triggered it then maybe you should do routine checks so you wouldn't relapse for the same reason a second time. I've had health anxiety for quite some time and well dizziness can sometimes manifest from that, but after a time it got worse and it turns out it was a tooth infection that caused it (I postponed going to the dentist when I noticed one of my gums puffed up and because I didn't actually feel pain I forgot about it entirely). Sometimes there are actual medical problems at play.
