    Good day everyone,

    Through my life it has become very clear that ejaculation is an extreme energy drain on the male body. I realized this 10 years ago, while i was under 20 yrs old, and this is the period where i started giving up / reducing my sexual activity.
    I will not go in much detail about the process, but simply put, it takes the male body much vital energy and nutrients to generate the semen. It is said that to fully regenerate the nutrients and the energy lost during an ejaculation, the body needs a 30 days cycle. However, most people can be fine with increased frequency, but whatever they might believe or not sex has a huge toll on their vitality.
    For women it is a different process because women do not lose an ovum each time they orgasm. Men do.

    In my experience, if i exceed a ratio of 2 ejaculations per month, i will suffer from several symptoms, the main being an extreme state of exhaustion, with a weird anxious / alert state for at least 24 hours where sleep is impossible. I literraly feel like a leech has drained me from my life force. I do not dare to think what would happen if i indulged more. I know it might seem totally extreme to believe, but i am pretty sure if i masturbated every day for a semester i would simply die at some point.

    yes, ejaculation has such an impact on me, believe it or not. I might be more frail on that topic than average, but there is no way in the world other men are not affected. I believe hair loss, and many symptomps, can be linked to unhealthy sexual frequency.

    So i was wondering what was your experience with ejaculation, and how do you see it affecting your life. I am really curious about this. Please take your time before answering because many people are unaware of their global energetic and mental state.

    Initially, I experienced what you describe, when I was ate a teenager, especially when I felt shame and guilt about M in more and more aggressive ways. Especially when I would experiment with how different stimulation so that my body could make me feel more pleasure, like stimulating my prostate and using the shower head to stimulate my penis. I think what happens when you frequently PMO, your body adapts and becomes hard wired to the effects. In fact in my instance, PMO would give me a sense of relief and fulfillment and also release. I felt relaxed and also was not compelled to act out my sexual desires because, I had worked them out in my mind and by myself. This would be reassuring and safe as Imwould not need to interact. However, with time, the P became more extreme and the need to act out the P would be more stimulating. Unfortunately the body's adaptation to the flood of dopamine from P and the adrenaline from M and acting out the sexual fantasies seen in P that it would fail to perform resulting in ED, PIED and forms of mental illness, like anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. These extreme symptoms would have a definite negative effect on almost anyone's life and be alarming at the very least. Leading one to seek medical help to resolve them, with varying results - or coming here.

  3. Takes me about a week to recover from one ejaculation. But my norm is usually low energy anyways

    Wow! Depending on the week, I could have multiple ejaculations. Like 4-6 in one week (if I'm fapping). No wonder I always feel so tired.

Having more than one ejaculatkon a week is too close to each other, it takes a few weeks to recover so if you never hold off for more than a few weeks, you are still hurting from the first ejaculation and if you keep ejaculating you are only hurting yourself further, exponentially, something to think about the next time you want to ejaculate

    Exactly, it all depends on what you expect from life. From my own experience if i do more than once every 15 days i will have strong symptoms. If i do less than once every 15 days i will not be troubled too much after ejaculation. This being said i'm not the strongest guy so there is a big possibility some men will have lesser recovery period. Once a week is okay if you just intend to have the minimum energy required to function and work. Go beyond that and you are done.

    If you are a teenager you can get away with it. Later than that, you will suffer enormously. Nobody can sustain that rythm without some major consequences.
     
  8. I need to withhold for as long as I can, once every few months or something, I used to ejaculate up to 7-8 times a day for almost 2 years, and I was using before that for years

    I am always astonished to hear stories of people who ejaculate several times a day for long period. Can you describe to me how you felt during this period? Mentally and physically? Also, how was your life overall?
    Also how old are you?
     
  10. I’m 29, mentally had all the symptoms, still do but not as severe I suppose? Body weak, slept for 12 hours and woke up exhausted.

    Please, help me and show me ways I can recover what I have lost

    You are 29, you still have it in you, but i have read that after a certain age, recovery gets more complicated, and in old age, you canno't accumulate any more subtle prana as you did when you were young. You canno't really recover what you have lost, the "damage" is done, but if you do 3 months full retention it will be a very good start to refill the missing elements. I believe that in fact, your body replenishes the lost energy and fluids and nutritive elements, but in fact the action of doing so is taxing on the body and use it up over your life span. I don't know if i am clear enough. So if you stop now your body will restore itself but the all the efforts you asked him before made it age a bit faster, and so on.
    But saddly our lives are limited, and our bodies can offer a limited supply of energy over our lives, how we chose to spend it is our choice.
     
  12. I totally understand. As I am recovering and taking in energy, it takes energy for things to break down and absorbe and create and heal, my energies that are expending by living “expenses”

    Limited true and recover of some is true, can’t have that max jing as we did as when we were first born, but what’s the best path to take to recover as much as we can in the short amount of time we have? And how to protect from losing further?

    I’ve read eating clean healthy foods to reduce inflammation and exercise and etc but do you know any foods or supplements that helps? Or maybe important exercise?

    PS: What do you think about ashwagandha and maca and reishi mushroom? And things of the sort? Do you knoI any good ones

    Semen is vital for men.
    Damage has been done, we can now only fix the damaged part.
    I think retention for at least 5 year can recover you fully.

    Like i said, the main idea is that once energy is lost, it is lost, and it will use up the body to replenish it, so there is no magic trick. Basically, semen is manufactured by pumping the best nutriments available in blood, so it is like losing the best portion of your blood. This image is more clear.
    This being said yes there are food who help reconstitute sexual secretions and replenish ojas, which is the subtle energy we accumulate that makes eyes bright, skin clearer, mental more stable. I think honey, ghee, milk, ginger, avocado, dates, bananas and many foods help creating ojas. Basically the food that have an energy close to honey, sweet and rich. I think rest and a bit of sport, meditation also help. But then again, no magic trick, it always take me more than a week to find again my energy level.

    It is true that the longer my nofap streaks become, the more i tend to minimize their impact.
     
  16. I understand that vegetables and fruits are good in general but you don’t think those are ojas inclined helpful foods? Sweet and rich huh I’ll keep my taste buds open for that, thanks!

    Every food is supportive, but i have read many times naturally rich and sweet substances are the best to regenerate kapha dathus and ojas. Honey is well known for this, as ghee (which is refined butter)

    This is really interesting. I fasted (Ekadashi) today and the lack off food played a powerful role in dropping my urges and strengthening my flatline. It was intensely spiritual and I am extremely grateful for the fast.
    I can confer with you about seen being made up of certain foods. I am a vegetarian that leans a lot towards fruit I my diet as well as fresh vegetables.
    Warning - possible triggers ahead: I used to get sucked off by a guy who used to love to taste and swallow semen and ejaculate. He told me each time how sweet mine tasted and he could pick up the fruit taste compared to that of others. So what you eat does replenish your semen and affect the quality of it.
