    ***my ENG is not good***
Once someone started to watch porn, his instinct will control him.So 90% he will fail.
So what we can do is try to control yourself when u are calm. When u have ur body control,ur brain control, when u are noninstinctual,u can easliy get through it.

At now my 2 days record maybe wont let u believe in me,but just try it for some times.Maybe this method will be a good way for u to get through of it.

    GL everyones!

You are definitely right. Many times I have thought I will just have a look even when i am not aroused and end up falling. Had I not have looked. I never would have fapped

100% right. My brain tells me to look at it for only a while , but that always turns into the same problem over and over again.

That's because "looking at it" costs willpower, and the point is, when you noticed your willpower is really low, it's already too late...

    Also,when u start to watching porn,when u start to masturbation,ur instinctual will tell you "i want orgasm".That's why i said 90% u will failed.Cuz u are fighting with the nature,not yourself.

Yes preventing the cause will almost always lead to preventing a relapse. Watching P is like the first domino in a line of dominoes. Once the first domino has fell, all the other dominoes will fall after.

Couldn't have put it better myself. I no longer trust my devious instinct to tell me to watch for only a couple of minutes. I'll put an end to this bad habit by avoiding a second glance altogether.
