I am back with worst symptoms.

    Hi there. I lost my nofap password a while ago and reached at the point of day 72 where my erections were rock hard, but I relapsed and came back to my old life again. Glad to have the nofap family back.

    But I am living my life in a totally misery these days. Its been like around 2 months I am having no erections not even on porn. I am in love with a girl but all I think about is my poor life. My penis is shrinking day by day. No morning wood for months and I have to masterbate on flaccid penis even on porn. I don't know whether its some kind of a nerve damage or what but even moat erotic penia can't get me hard. I am actually weeping right now while writing this post..


    What should I do please help. My penis is just fucking dead and I hate myself. Pls somebody help me... :'( :'(

    Get angry. Get fuckin angry at what you are missing out on. Go lift some weights or something productive. Keep your mindset straight! I had depression a long time ago and one day I got so sick of it I started saying "I am happy" and other things to myself throughout the day until I was no longer depressed. What can you tell yourself? Different situation here, but there is one more question to be asked: How badly do you want this? Find a friend or accountability partner to speak with.
