Advice fappers

Hello to all people. 21 years old. Started watching porn at the age of 14 but was not watchig it on a regular basis as i took up a sport which kept me really busy. Started training at a mma gym from age 14-18. After doing the sport i decided to take a break which became permanent. Started smoking marijuana at the age of18, became lazy and turned into a dickhead by always being angry, depressed and moody. Started watchin a lot of porn which made me weak without realising. First i thought there was something wrong with me but then one day i found NoFap and reddit and i have problems listed from other users on these sites such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, angry, avoid social situations, no confidence. These 2 addictions have ruined my life. Marijuana an fapping. I need some help an motivation because i am losing my gf who i love to bits. Met her at 18 yes old. Fapping and smoking is affecting my relationhip and my life in general. Ive got fines and bills stacking up which i just ignored. Please people help me. I have joined as i need support from brothers who have succeeded and the homies goiń through the same right now. Please help. I know what i do is harmful but still cant stop. Advice please people. I know theres some good people out there
