Day 1. Here we go.

 

Resetting my timer to tomorrow at 6:00 since I relapsed this morning.

 

Ok.. So... Once again...
Day 1 here we go...
My brain completely numbed...
Trying to stay afloat of reality..
Which is caching up pretty fast to me and still trying to clear my head

 

Day 6 completed. Progess can be seen both physically and emotionally. Tomorrow I will complete my day 7 challenge and look forward to 14 day challenge. It is surprising you know, I was able to reach till here after so many months of PMO. I hope it stays this way and nothing springs up tomorrow. Day 7 here I come!!

 

Had a bit of a temptation today and I even started but before I got more serious and more into it, I went out of the house... Does starting it count as a relapse?

I relapsed again. Always failing at 4th or 5th day. Starting my timer again

I managed to brake the relapse cycle.

0 of 7. So disappointed in myself that i cant even get past 4 days let alone the week

 

yesterday 7/7,i signed at a wrong place.going to 14 days challenge. GL

 

This looks like a good way to start my streak. So far I haven't made it past 3 days without relapsing into either masturbation or porn and masturbation. Hopefully I can get to 4 and beyond this time.

 

The 7 Days Challenge completed successfully.

Now i feel that i can easily control my PMO urge.
