No wet dream

That's very random m8, sometimes I did not get any for almost 70days

 

I cannot ever seem to last more than 4-5 days max without ejaculating before I get a wet dream but on the few time I have I've experienced extreme aching and pain in the balls.
I either have to give in or have the pain until I finally have the wet dream. If you don't ache than you're probably fine, it's when it starts to hurt that you'll end up releasing everything. Nothing I've tried has managed to prevent it yet.
