Hey guys , I just made an account because I read this entire convo

Up till I was 23, healthy althetic guy playing sports workinf out 5-6 days a week. No aleep problems no anxiety issues.

Im 28 been PMOin alot since I was 13 daily 2-3 times a day for a high . Been suffering with low cortisol adreank fatigue stage 3 since 23 . Horrible brain fog , insomnia , anxiety , cant exercise , no energy - over the last 5 years spent thousands on everytime out there and everything js normal , I believe I hve fucked up my adrenals from PMO and finally giving NoFap a try . The first time I went 28 days and relasped due to a bitchness I realize now feeling loney and down is a huge trigger so it wont haplen again

Im on day 23 now and I noticed I have having over the last week issues with low blood sugar that I never had before that I fix with fruit or carbs when it happens but I wake up nightly now between 3-4 shaky craving carbs which I never used to happen and seeing the post on bere saying “diabetes as well due to stress hormones like cortisol blocking the insulin to work” makes me thing that nofap withdrawal is somehow causing this I noticed it has come along with intense cravings to fap.

I am hoping that staying serious with this will fix my adrenals since I have read so many success stories everytime now I have an urge I think of he last 5 years of my life lving in fatigue and horrible brain fog everyday , reminding myself this suffering now will hopefully be worth it when my hormones go back jn blanace

It's all hormonal imbalance, I am on longer streak and things improving a bit slowly, stay away from PMO I will not help uhh anyhow, the symptoms u r mentioning is because of heavy PMOing.
But u can get everything back within 2-3 years if fully committed to Nofap, for me Nofap now is a lifestyle.
    I am done PMO.
    All d best

My bp has reached 160 after 195 days of nofap. I think it’s due to hyper activity of mind coz our brain functions at higher frequency while on nofap. But not to worry it’s just an effect which body will adopt. Don’t quit on nofap journey and don’t start bp tablets. The best way to control bp is eating boiled vegetables and fruits and cut off the consumption of tea and coffee. Channelise your aggression through exercise and studying various things. If you don’t channelise your aggression then it will increase the bp

    Hey guys,
first I will apologize for my english, it's not the best but I think it is enough to communicate :)

about me: I know NoFap/ no PMO since like 2-3 years and had many on and off's
longest streak was like 30-40 days

yesterday was the 23 day, and I have relapsed. But not cause of lust or emotions, but of my blood pressure. In my last streaks I didn't noticed anything like that but in the last week I had surprisingly to deal with that. In order to find the reason I've made research and It seemed like other had the same problem, but the threads were not active anymore, so I hope you guys can help me. I'm very active, athletic, exercise since 4 years, eat green and healthy, so HBP is definitely not normal. Since I started 3 Weeks ago I became sleep problems and got very very tired through the day. And today the feeling of high blood pressure and maybe adrenaline (it felt like adrenaline) became so intense that I relapsed in hope for normality and it worked. Is it really only the withdrawal? Even if I had bad days or weeks with relapsing I was not in PMO like hardcore or every day. Maybe since 3 years I try to get this under control. And the symptoms are new for me. Sorry for the long text, but maybe you can help me. I'm unsecure if this can be healthy..

  9. Hey relapsing just for the sake of lowering blood pressure is not a good idea. This will backfire either way. Withdrawal is just something you can't outsmart. Relapses will only make it worse.

My BP and blood sugar have been all over the place because of withdrawal. The only cure is time, a lot of it, and abstinence.

This has everything to do with the brain stressing out about messed up neurotransmitter levels, cortisol, adrenaline..

Let me tell uhh, my current BP readings r 125/80 so it's normal.
My BP never went too high, when I started nofap it was 144/90.
Then slowly it came back to 120/80.
So u can see my BP is now normal.
Keeping good diet and just 3 km walking can solve anything.

I have the same symptoms. After 90 days clean I relapsed.. a month later, I got a full blown panic attack. I thought i was going to die from a heart attack.. went to the doctor.. ecg, echogram, treadmill, blood test, heck i even had a full body health check up but everything was fine. My blood pressure was 140/90 almost constantly.. there was heart palpitation, shortness of breath. Now, my blood pressure slowly went back down to 130/80, 120/ 75 at night. Heart palpitation also improved. I believe it gets better! Don’t give up guys!

Do you have high bp before? For me, I never had bp problem up until i started nofap, and also panic attacks.. I’m only 23 . It must be the withdrawals because i’ve been doing pmo for 10+ years now.. Everyday

Just joined the group, because I was searching for answers concerning increased BP and restlessness. I am over 60 and have used porn all of my life. Since stopping two weeks ago, I have seen a huge increase in BP (150/96) and am worried concerning other possible health effects. This group and posts contained seem to answer a lot of my concerns. Thanks.
