[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 11 went well yesterday, starting day 12

 

Day 22/90 just joined this form today this is my second try last reboot lasted 28 days. Had horrible dip in blood sugar tonight(don’t have diabities) all my blood work is normal besides i believe this is what is causing my adrenal fatigue . Horrible insomnia tonight on night 21

66th day. Tough few days, flatline. Meditation and a focus on gratitude and appreciation has helped.

Holy sh*t .. today was horrible ... it was so horrible I can't even describe it..
I had a severe urge .. It gave me headache, increased my tinnitus I was even shaking .
I did pushups and crunches till my muscles fatigued.. yet some of the urge still remained till I had fallen asleep ..
I hope this ends soon .. I know I'm weak for my previous - I hope i can say previous- addiction ..

 

Today is day 70 , days seem to be getting easier yesterday was a hard day because of the meds I'm coming off of cause some mood swings. But I think being on nofap is definitely helping, not only my sexual compulsion but other compulsive behaviors my rewiring and reboot is taking place I know it is I can feel it in my brain God is great God is good.

Pretty tired today, but glad to still be making progress on this journey

 

02/90 Estoy en el segundo día. Anoche me dormí con miedo de caer esto ha sido una constante porque cuando me siento muy exitado y voy a dormir así, mi caída es prácticamente segura al rededor de las 11 de la noche.
Anoche no paso nada, si tuve momentos de mucha exitacion. Sigo en pie.
