68th day. Morning wood, hopefully i've found the end of this persistent flatline - which is by no way just a physical thing but a massive emotional low too!..

    Day 1/90.
Yesterday was easy, tough I smoked a bit more than normal, which made me think that i should pair a smoke reduction/cessation to the 90 days of no PMO.

Day 5/90. I'll stay extra focused during the weekend, as it seems to be the most complicated to go through. Let's do this!!

Day 2. This is my third attempt since January. I am finding there are weeks of victory and then really bad relapses. No more. I can't go on doing this. It is killing my soul, who I am. Its not worth it. Yet my mind seems to forget these things when I am tempted. Ahh no more.

That's 2/90 done.I have had 2 failures since I joined this challenge on April 5th,and that is enough for me now.I have my blinkers on now and my blockers ;)
Resetting your counter is a pain and so is the feeling of failing, but just remain true to yourself, continue to learn from these mishaps and adapt accordingly, and soon we can all have our names in the hall of fame.Good luck all!

  18. Day 6 (Season IV)

Checking in is the first commitment towards sobriety.

    FANOS:
    I'm feeling amazed and tired.
I love that I worked on business today.
I need to be more present.
I own my un-focused-ness and will be more structured.
I am sober and will stay.
