Shorter sex when not masturbating

Hey guys... so this February I managed not to fap at all for about 35ish consecutive days. However, during that time, each time I had sex with a girl I would climax super fast. I wouldn't even last 3 minutes. I felt that was because I stopped fapping and got more sensitive when it came to sex. So then I started fapping again, in order to have bettee sex.
Now I've always heard that fapping is actually the reason for short sex and that by not fapping you'll have longer sex, but that doesn't really work for me like that.
Did anyone of you go through the same? I really want to stop watching porn but I also want to have a fulfilling sex life. Does it just take longer than 35 days?
It's a bit difficult for me to imagine that by not fapping you'll have longer sex when you're actually getting more sensitive.

Ps: sorry if a thread like this already exists, I used the search function but somehow wasn't able to find the answer I wanted.

  2. I’m curious myself...because I’m not lasting a minute! It feels fantastic and I’m sure that’s what sex is SUPPOSED to feel like...but I’m afraid my wife is gonna need me to last longer than this lol. Has anyone overcome this? Any pointers?

It takes time m8, I was the same, your body just needs time to get used to new you. At this short period, it just does everything it can to make you come back to masturbating as this is something that it got used to over years. It is a matter of forcing a new habit and in time, I would say 90+ days it will adapt eventually. Right now you are just oversensitive due to this change.

  4. It's most likely what you're stating here: Less fapping or no fapping at all causes the penis to be more sensitive and thus the friction during sex gets you "there" faster.

Now, I don't see why that implies that "sex is bad". You're basically saying that you needed to fap again in order to have "better sex". Under what terms is it better?
It seems to me that media has corrupted our view on sex so bad, that the only criteria for "good" sex are: 1) how long the man lasts 2) how big the penis is 3) how big her tits are 4) how much she moans while getting

Rethink your position. Be creative. Try different positions. Try to see the way to the orgasm as part of the experience too, not just the orgasms as your main goal. Also, sometimes you may focus only on her and to what she likes and sometimes it can be the other way around. Take turns. A fullfilling sex live is about communication, taking and giving, creating a connection, exploring and being creative. Of course it can be just plain propagation too but then don't be mad that it's "bad".

  5. This is what I was thinking and hoping was the cause. I’m relieved to hear it doesn’t stay like this! Thank you kindly for your reply.

I had this issue myself. I ejaculated WAY too fast inside her. Just a minute, but it does get better in time as your body get used to it. It definitely takes time to get used to this. Just don't fap

So in these 90 days should I stay away from sex as well? Or is it just porn and fapping?

I've read a lot that nofap actually makes PE worse ... and with the experience I made I am very reluctant to give it a go again. I want the girl that I'm with to have an awesome sex experience as well. I'm well aware that most sex doesn't last too long but about 5-7 would be perfect. And that is about how much I normally last. Doing nofap however got me down to 1-2 minutes and I couldn't even enjoy it that much because I was so sensitive that I could only think of not cumming.

If you guys say that after 90 dsys or so it'll get better, I might give it a go again. But if nofap is gonna make me climax faster for as long as I keep it up, then for me it's not worth it.

If you can stay away from sex, then yes. I'd recommend that for a faster reboot. Sex would only slow down your reboot although it's MUCH better. It's actually very healthy to have sex. Natural. Compared to Porn (unhealthy) and masturbation (not natural)

Question. What makes masturbation unnatural? And why does unnatural equal bad? Surgery is unnatural but it saves lives. Rape is natural but it's not good.

    Pick old la
Pick an old lady so that your climax last longer. If you pick an women anove 60 I bet you are going to last atleast for a day just give it a try before you conclude on fapping

    @halkat LOL!!!

@Foggyperson what I did with my first GF was, if we hadn't had sex in a few days, I'd bust the first time in a few minutes. But my refractory period was short so I'd focus on her a little bit and then get it up again and go again. So thats my plan if I were to have sex while on nofap.

Hm I was hoping for some success stories of people saying that it gets better with time and nofap will make your sexlife better. :/
I guess in that case I think I'll just try to reduce fapping to once every 3-4 days.
