    Good morning, It's not the first time I try to stop fapping I still want to celebrate these first 30 days with you I also arrived at 70 days I allow myself to give some advice for those who are at the beginning. the important thing is to look away from anything that can trigger sexual thoughts in you! for those who work at the computer, go to the nofap website when you're bored !! I feel better, even if this time the superpowers have not arrived yet, now I think I'm in a flatline. I feel less ashamed of people now, I think it's due to the fact that we know that fapping is something to be ashamed of. The goal is to get now to 60 days! let's see what will happen now in the next 30 days Hello everybody!!! for anything, do not hesitate to write me !!

    congrats.. you've got this bro..
    i like your advice concerning does who work on a computer.. thats what i was doing before i started doing nofap officially in order to be accountable and it works.. and i mostly read up the success stories on here and on reddit.. it gets me motivated.. hoping to meet you on the other side soon
