day 79 of 184, read scripture and prayed to reaffirm my belief. its God's choice and my wife's decision when sexual intimacy return. here's some of it.
In 7:1b, Paul cites a line from the Corinthians’ letter (“it is good for a man not to touch a woman”), which he intends to qualify and correct.2The phrase, “it is good for a man not to touch awoman,”3 has nothing to do with a hug, a handshake, or any other manifestation of fellowship or friendship. To “touch a woman”4is a euphemism for sexual intercourse

Day 5/90
Been a couple day since the last time I posted. I start to feel the real libido coming back. I am feeeling bit depressed because of hair loss (i am only 18 and If I keep losing hair at this pace I will be bald in 6-8 months) and my trend of procrastination.
I hope someday I will be able to find some girl that loves me and whith who I will be able to have a relationship with.

 

Day 9/90

I'm on 10% progress! Wow, I can't believe this is happening. I'm on my ninth day, and I don't feel controlled by the urge.
I guess the next two weeks are going to be relatively easy, since I'm on my parent's house for the long holiday

 

11.4 weeks down 14.9 weeks to go that's 79 days down 104 to go HARDMODE pmo with my wife limited touch no nudity light hugs and kisses married 33 years. 100% in it to win it. not relapsed nor slipped, dedication, commitment belief in god, self and process feel like an x man sometimes. if I can do this lifetime challenge and change I know anyone can. if you need help support feel free to ask.
