7/21 - patience

 

still going strong.... nofap and PMo free month.

 

16/21...today, I experienced a strong, restless energy within me. I could only describe it as anxiety...but I have never felt this before so I know its part of this recovery. I also felt that if I watched porn, I would feel less anxious, but I knew this was an ultimate lie. So I went to exercise instead of trusting "strangers with candy".

17/21....Today was a much easier day. My mind was calmer and felt relief. Realizing firsthand that anxiety, stress, calm, and peace are all temporary. And that is a good thing.

All going well. I noticed i am more focused now. No urges. Though before going to sleep my mind thinks about sex just for few seconds. I guess i cant let that happen.
