A relapse is AN INTENTIONAL ACT TO STOP TRYING TO QUIT THE ADDICTIVE BEHAVIOUR YOU ONCE COMMITED TO STOP! IN OTHER WORDS; A RELAPSE IS THE SAME AS QUITTING RECOVERY ALTOGETHER. Otherwise it's called a reset or a slip-up!!
