  1. Hi everybody , usually i do not make a lot of post , but this time i felt like i need to ,
after i discovered this amazing community since almost two month i could go on a streak of 30 days for the first time of my life , i was determined and dedicated to this journey but because of a simple trigger i just came back to my old habits , i really experienced a strong benefits , i was calm knowing that i have tried so many time to quit PMO but always failed.

i am ready to start a new begging since now , i experienced recently do many negative effect of this addiction , it ruined my life , and my carrier as a future doctor , i can not reach my goal , i can not explore my potential , so the idea here is to get a new support and to set again my motivation , i will read the basics of nofap and i hope that i will reach the 90 days this time without any relapse.

I am ready to experience the pain , insomnia , anxiety ,because i am aware of my addiction , i am a heavy addict and i need to recover quickly or i will be a dead man from the inside.

Thank you very much for your reading.

    Hi doc
My situation is similar...last year I tried to quit but after 66 days of no PMO i relapsed and I'm back to where I started.
But now more than evere I need to change, or I won't be able to go on this way...life has countless opportunities and I'm missing all of them because of my social anxiety ( I, too, attend a Med school and if we want to be doctors we need to be the best we can be. How can we save others if we can't even heal ourselves?).
All the struggle and pain we're going to experience during the journey... think of them as the brain rewires itself, it'll be like when your muscles burn after a workout, because they're becoming stronger.
no pain no gain...if it was easy, everybody would do it. The thoughest climbs always lead to the best views
