Day 11 pretty much done now. My SO is out for the night; this would have normally been a trigger, but not tonight! I have more important things to be doing with my time ;-)

Just realized that I have not meditated at all since Saturday or Sunday. Will do tonight before bed.

 

I've relapsed....

I want to die ...
I want to kill myself

I don't want to live anymore

 

I'm starting fresh......today is day 1

 

I'm promising myself and anybody reading that I won't fap if I'm alive

 

I'm relaxed and easy now.....finally free

 

Lesson learnt : No soft porn or
Porn without fapping

 

I lost my mind before fapping and relapsed....how did this happen ???
