Yep relapses suck. But dont give up, negative feelings will only make it worse. You can do it mate! I keep relapsing over and over again but Im not going to give up. So good luck mate!

Actually I'm on day 1

 

Did I forgot the seriousness of nofap that I shouldn't fap at any cost ??? Why did I fapped off after 10 days ? What is happening to me ?

Of course I didn't wanted to break the streak then why did I do this ?

 

80th day. Same as yesterday, just counting down the final days.

 

I'm up with an AP

 

Can I be suffering from memory loss because I used to fap and I've been in extreme stress??

Day 1 today, just come from the 60 days challenge

 

I am just checking in for my second week.I have just 6 more days, until I beat my second longest streak.
Never forget how less of a human you felt, when you joined this amazing website that is truly here to help you.There are so many gains to be had,socially and physically.If you are relapsing often, then perhaps you should hold yourself accountable, by donating some money to a worthy cause when you slip up,that is what I will do, if I don't make it through this challenge.

I'm so happy about that! Will continue punching as hard as I can.
