Day 17/90. Yesterday was a good day, got some good results, finished some formalities. Keep it up everyone!

 

day 4 , i opened myself to talk about my problems with my parents, I never did it. It is an improvement for me

Day 1/90
Relapsed the other day after a 8 days streak. At least there was no P

 

Cant believe it's day 37!!!

 

Currently on Day 4, updating on my completion in Day 3, Zero PMO & My Mind is clear of females & urges.

I do understand that urges will be coming soon.

 

Day 28
Could not exercise today because of a bad shoulder. Tomorrow will be better.

I'm on day #4 as well and I can feel how is starting to come . I know Is coming strong in the next couple days. Man I'm so freaking nervous. I don't want to fail and let my self down

 

Wow ! How that went. That's so brave !! That is so hard to do
