Day 19 (Season IV)

I hope this is the last attempt before reaching 100 Days.
I feel entirely committed and capable of doing this, but need to keep up the discipline.

I'm feeling a bit of pain in my stomach, maybe it's digestion, it fucks me up a bit. But generally I feel motivated and positive.
I love that I ate a good breakfast.
I need to be totally present and work hard on my self and express love to girls.
I own my insecurities.
I am sober.

 

81st day. Morning wood, easily aroused but all good.

Day 85 of 184 or whatever number comes up at least I'm under a hundred at the other end it appears as though the 90-day challenge is in the bag

 

Lucky number 13. Tempted. But future me will thank me for not giving in.
