When does morning wood return?

    Hi all,

    Been suffering with lack of/weak erections for the last 3 years now.

    I’ve struggled with morning wood this whole time. I’m now 72 days pmo free and was wondering when did your erections return? I’ve not noticed anything consistent this whole time.

    Could anyone weigh in at all?

    If don't get any erection during sleep or in the early mornings after 72 days of strict PMO I would see a doctor to check physical

    Maybe you’ve obsessed over getting/not getting hard and the anxiety is doing it. Try not to crave getting hard then maybe it will return.

    Already seen docs, everything is fine, I’ve had a few but they’re very far in between
