[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 8 done.didn't have major urges today so thats good. On to day 9 lets do this

 

Day two was successful.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I’m so grateful for this community.

 

Day 7/14.

At the halfway point. Feeling okay until talking to SO. Then just feel beat down. Of course I created this mess in the first place. I will beat this problem!!!!

 

Just finished the 7 day challenge, this is my day 0 for this one.

Day 7/14. Halfway there and had urges again for the first time today. They'll probably get worse but I'm determined to get past them

“Feeling okay until talking to SO” makes me concerned. Is your SO supportive and understanding of your situation? I know for me, this became so much more manageable when my SO became more understanding and supportive. Don’t share if you don’t want to, or feel free to DM me to discuss. But my heart goes out to you either way.
