Blockers for Windows?

K-9 does not work on Windows. You think it does. It sort of does, then restart your computer and it doesn’t work. Or maybe it does 20 percent of the time or maybe less or maybe more.. doesn’t matter. Anyone have a suggestion for a really solid program or blockers for windows? Something that can block individual sites too, so I can type in a websites name and have it permanently blocked (like some of these social media sites).. Let me know! Thanks! Net nanny is no good either.
