Ok so the last time i did no P-mode, i didnt knew about nofap.. i just wantd to go 30 days no porn and beyond.. but after 30 days i felt overconfident and i tot ok i can control.. may be if i watch porn after 30 days for just half n hour i will b n control.. i did that.. but i watch for 1.30 hrs and i watchd it again nxt day for an hour and again d day after for 2hrs ... and thats when i released i have fallen again...

Just when i sartd to feel broken i found nofap.. i felt ok i can overcome this with some help/support and not repeating the misatkes i did and actually keeping account of myself at nofap.

I hope i will carry on this journey with all of u.. be happy.. peace out..
