I was having urges, and then watched a movie in hope for vulgar contents, just to find out that the movie's music was actually great, and now I'm fine Still have the will to masturbate but I don't have the urges anymore

Day 9/90 i guess you can say 1/10th done, going for the 2/10th. Im also looking for an accountability buddy, i feel like a 1 on 1 accountability will make us stronger.

 

Day 0. Got back from a long camping trip last night. Incredible trip through the SW USA on a ‘green tortoise’ bus. Lots of social stimulation and healthy interactions with young women. Relapsed on porn in San Francisco and texted some escorts but didn’t go through with it. On the last night of the trip I took a female friend to see Alcatraz. At some point it turned into a date and we spent the rest of the night walking around the city and talking. I kissed her goodnight and that seemed an appropriate end point. I’m feeling very inspired and don’t want to fall back into the same old depressing rut. I want to keep moving forward.
