Tonight I think I hit rock bottom for my PMO addication. Porn is really messing with my head. It is ruining me. I need to make a change and I need to do it now. I wouldn’t be able to look myself in the mirror if I continued on this path....

This is the most temptation I've had. I just have to keep going, it's still manageable.

I'm more concerned with letting go of the stupid fetishes I've developed as a result of porn abuse.

Day 4/30.
After yesterday's "storm", today I feel much better. Just because today I feel much more calm and in the peace (comparing to the yesterday's hell...) I'll dare not to consider yesterday as a Reset, even though according to the definitions in Glossary it was a kind of reset. I was edging a bit looking and looking for some porn substitutions. Today, thank God, it's another story and I hope it'll continue like that.
