Just landed in Stockholm a few hours ago. Made friends in the hostel kitchen. We are all sharing traveling stories and playing board games and card games.

Socializing has been my saving grace. Funny, with out PMO in my life, it turns out I’m an extrovert.

Day 11 out of 14 is completed. Urges and sensitivity are starting to pick up but nothing I cannot talk myself out of. Will continue to lean on my support system.

3/14. Wrote down some goals and more in my journal. I have a plan and need to put it in action.

 

Day 4 and 5 done! Was busy yesterday didnt check in

 

Day 0/14 I’m feeling grateful today and I know this will be my last relapse, I want a new life now and I’m starting this challenge! Let’s go brothers!

 

7/14 and, since I did the 7 day challenge, a total of 14 days without PMO, which is a new record for me. I don't even have the urge to watch porn or anything, my PIED has no chance of winning this battle.
