Well I've relapsed again, but I want to show my appreciation to it. I was relapsing alot but the new thing I did was not feel bad and beat myself up over it as I use to. The reason why it was such a good thing is because I actually start feeling better for at least trying to stop and I could start actually seeing some reasons to doing so. After also reading about withdrawals and how their just absolutely horrible I have a new find idea of why they should be embraced and conquered. I can't write, focus, or function and now I know why. I'll have to actually get rid of my fantasies of women I've been with and using the porn to amplify my addiction. Lol its funny because I actually am happy to reset my pmo counter for once. If I'm going to achieve my dreams I'll have to start ridding myself of alot of negative programming and going back to educating myself and learning more about myself. Now please can anyone give me some advice of what I can do to deal with urges, no procrastinating and achieve my dreams, and staying focused and away from relapsing again.

Good idea with trying to learn about yourself. That's important I think. I am trying to do that too.

There are some good resources around the forum. At the moment I don't have them handy with me.

From my experience, you can try the following:
    - Look up stuff about your brain on porn to learn the effects.
    - Practise meditation, even simple basic level on breathing can help.
    - Keep yourself busy with various projects, hobbies, etc that are constructive.
    - Exercise.
    - Learn about why porn draws you in - you mentioned it in your post. Sometimes it can be something deeper. Knowing why may help you to progress.
    - Expectations: Have an idea what you want to get out of NoFap/no pmo journey. Some do it for physical, moral, psychological, personal believe or religious reasons. For example, are you looking at self improvement? Write them down. They can change too.
    - Keep a journal. It can help.
    - Maybe find an accountability partner.

Yes, sometimes we do relapse. For me it's not to beat myself up, but to get up, try again. Keep trying to move forward.

All the best to you and your journey.
