Done 80 days hard mode.

I can’t believe I did it!! I went 3 months without sex, masturbation, orgasm and watching porn. This is the senond time I did it, except I abstained from sex all together. I thought I wont cope in hard mode but gadamn, I never felt so well disciplined and it’s totally worth it.

Hard mode kept me focused on my studies and managed to control my urges by diciplining myself and being persistent.

Hard mode helped me motivate myself by getting up early, getting a job and able to push myself to complete my course.

Hard mode benifits people who waste time watching porn 24/7 by rebooting the brain to become more self disciplined and control thier impulsive sexual behavior.

 

This time hard mode not monk mode. Mode mode is when you abstain from social media and youtube too to not get triggered.
