I've just done the 7 days challenge so i'll try this one now.

Day 7/14. Halfway done. Urges are getting stronger but I'm still not gonna give in

 

3/14, I promise to be PM-free today!

 

Day 1/14 free!

 

Been away for a while. Day zero for me. I will get to double-digits for the 1st time in about 30 years.

Day 1 , It went pretty well just small thoughts of porn but i countered pretty easy i hope so will be the rest 14 days , but i know it will be much harder

 

Day 4 is over thanks to your support. Knowing that I'm not alone helps. Today was definitely better than yesterday.

Day 0/14 horrible day today, I’m pretty mad because I relapsed but I’m sure that tomorrow I will succeed in this challenge! I’m a better man and I want to be the best version of myself... I promise you guys I won’t fail this time!!!

 

Reset late last week and a few days away but now I'm back and on day 3/14.
