Welcome to NoFap! I've been struggling most of my life with MO and this is a great community of support - kudos to you for showing up and taking steps to change! I've found it's a daily choice to choose to care, and when I feel urges, I take the time to mentally talk through why I want to do this, and why it's important, and making sure I have good reasons. Just after posting this reply my look fells on an ebook a guy besides me is reading in the underground.
The ebook is pure porn and he behaves like it's normal. Its disgusting and dangerous.
