Sounds strange but my brain feels like it’s revisiting thought processes from sixth grade, when I felt normal and didn’t have anxiety. Basically I’m feeling like my old self before I became addicted to porn and developed depression and anxiety.

In voice chat in a game I made a girl bust out laughing through a comment I typed, when I normally keep those thoughts to myself because I think they’re “stupid”, “weird”, and “freaky.”

Being aware of all the negative thoughts in my head. Being aware period.
