If there is one thing in life you can absolutely have 100% control over its yourself! You decide how you want to live, what your goals are and how to achieve them! But you have to make a promise and a commitment to yourself to start making changes whatever they must be, first then you will be able to get what you want out of life.

EmptySoul: I think it's fair to say that many of us here have been or currently are in the same state as you. You are in solid company on NoFap. Each of us struggles with an addiction to PMO in similar, yet different ways, some of us for YEARS!

So, the first thing you did is make it here. You are aware that something isn't right. The next thing is to figure out what to do. Read through the posts here and get some ideas for tools. Take some time to reflect on the fact that everything changes, including who we are. And most importantly, as I've posted elsewhere, be good to yourself. Work at changing the dialogue in your head from shame to pride, from loser to winner, from no possibilities to the world is an open door. This work is going to take time, and there will be relapses, but you can DO THIS!

Keep coming back to this site, reading, posting and responding. I've found that a regular visit inspires me to stay clean and reflect on what I'm doing to stay clean.

    Peace, brother.
