I came back after failing the last time, on day 7 today! I cant believe it!!

Day 1/7 done.

 

Again, day 0/7. I have a good feeling relapsing is starting to become a habit. I need to learn how to break it

 

Day 4

 

Man don't beat yourself up. breathe, take a step back. Relapses happen. The important thing is to keep your spirits high and take it one day at a time. Work just for today. Journal your feelings and take a walk. I know its hard for you because I have been there. I kept sober for a year and then relapsed for a long time. I a back now. Its never late to start afresh again.

 

Day 4/7....I am reclaiming my life one day at a time.
