Thanks a lot. I unfortunately relapsed again today, but this post lifted my spirits. I decided to start journaling my feelings and going for walks. I feel much better now. I feel like my flare is back. Time to beat PMO for good. Day 0/7

Wasted so much time in stagnation the past few weeks. I've tasted what happens when I beat this thing and then I have in again. I want my life back. I'm in.
