[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 10/21.

 

Day 3 out of 21 is over. 25 days clean.

 

Had an extra relapse today as well, so gonna come at this challenge fresh and ready to reboot tomorrow

 

SAA meetings are interesting to say the least. I have been Sober for 29 years this month so I am used to the original 12 Step program. I am keeping an open mind and willing to try anything that will help with this problem. Needless to say I will be going back to more meetings!

Day 0. Starting the second no PMO month now. I did it once i can do it again.

 

Day 18/21

As long as I stay busy, my PMO urges are minimal.

Karate class was fun yesterday; there are a lot of women there apparently. I've developed a routine were if I find a woman attractive, I have to go up and talk to them. Even if it is just saying hello it keeps me from sexualizing them and I can get a feel for their personality and demeanor. Because while I really want to lose my virginity, I want it to be with someone I like being around. A few of the women I deal with at work are actually rude. I've never noticed that before NoFap. I would only peep at women, obsess over their appearance and say nothing like a pervert in the past.

I'm still waiting on the "flat line" portion of my NoFap campaign.

Day 6

 

Day 4 out of 21 is over.

Getting so much sensitivity back. It has been 26 days total. 3 days away from my all time personal best.

I have wanted to relapse so many times but just cannot find the motivation to do it. I made a promise to my wife I would tell her the truth everyday and do not want to have that day I have to tell her I did myself. If I ever relapse I will absolutely come clean.

But talk about a great wall when temptation is asking me to do it.

Grateful for each day clean.

Another good day. Socializing is my secret weapon. Isolation and loneliness are definitely triggers for me. I made dinner for everyone staying at the hostel I’m at. Communing over food was really nice.
